Dallas, TX Home left to husband after wife died

How do I transfer the Deed on my personal residential home from a jointly owned home to the surviving spouse (me) when the deed is 50/50 between my wife and I and no will? A Deed of trust and death certificate?

It depends first on how the deed was drafted. If the deed is a joint tenancy with a right of survivorship, then you can file an affidavit to clear title. If not, then you need to determine what to do with the deceased's estate. It would depend on whether the deceased had debts, or owned other property.
