divorce property

My ex wants me sign special warranty deed for house he was awarded in divorce. Will this take me off of the mortgage loan? If not, how do I get loan off my credit?

No. You won't get off the loan unless he pays off the mortgage or re-finances. The lender has absolutely no incentive to remove you and it is the lender's decision.
