Homeowners Association Liens

As a homeowners association, we have a family who has not paid their assessments in 3 years. After multiple attempts to collect (which are well documented), how do we go about filing a lien on thier property?

Read your declaration, then read Vernon's Statutes Texas Condominium Laws. Then read the law that addresses the Unauthorized Practice of Law, a crime. Better yet, call a lawyer - I promise you, you won't be sorry.
