Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My husband and i bought a trailer in 2008, due to tax issues we put title in my sons name, he has been recently been admited for 2 suicide attemts ,how do we put title back in our names

Try to get a power of attorney from him unless he is not sui compos...or get his signature on the title..mere admission is not determination of mental incapacity..but if the trailer has equity over the loan...ask DMV for guidance
