Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Lease renewal

I signed a one year agreement to lease an executive suite. The agreement specified if I no longer wanted to continue the lease, I had to give them 90 days notice. If I didn't the lease would automatically renew for another year. Is that legal? I never agreed nor signed anything.

Yes. The automatic renewal clause is part of the original agreement which you DID sign. You could have modified the language at the time of signing if you didn't want it to renew.
