Letter to Mortage Company to have a Mobile home removed from my property.

What type of letter should I send to a Mortage company to have a Mobile home remove. The company has repossed the Mobile homebut will not remove it from the property and now my sudivision is trying to fine me for 2 homes being on the property.

I would love to discuss this further with you if you are interested. I believe you may be able to charge the Owner of the home for your fines AND for rent for using the land. You may then be able to foreclose on them and auction off the mobile home to satisfy the back rent, fines and attorney's fees.
