Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I received a letter of foreclosure with a date to catch up payments to continue contract. All was done by that date. I still received a letter to pay in full by another date that property would be sold on. The seller is asking for more payments than in original letter but only after me paying arrears in full. Where do I stand. Also seller is calling neighbors telling them all my business before I am notified. This is how I found out they are still planning on going forward with foreclosures although I followed through on my end.

We need more information.

What is the basis of the debt? Credit card? A mortgage?

If this involves a home mortgage, and involves nonjudicial foreclosure, you need to get an injunction to stop the foreclosure.
