Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Set back line

The limbs of several trees that are near the edge of my property line extend over the roof of the adjacent property owner home. Their house's foundation is extremely close to their property line. They have expressed concern about possible roof damages and want me to cut the tree limbs and treat one of the trees that is loosing limbs. What is my responsibility/liabiliity? Is there a set back line for the home on their property? (I am not certain about the area of law.)

Re: Set back line

If I remember correctly, your trees are your responsibility and you will be liable if they damages a neighbor's property. Isn't that just logical?
