Vehicle Storage Laws
A person asked if he could keep his motorcycle in my garage. I said yes and it has been over 2 months since I have talked to him and he no longer answers my calls. How long do I have to keep his motorcyce before I can get rid of it?

A while. Send a certified letter return receipt requested and also by first class mail informing him that you will be charging $50/wk for storage and interest will accrue at the highest legal rate. That should get his attention.
