Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Auto accident
My wife was comming out or our subdivision which enters onto a highway. Prior to entering the highway there is a stop sign. She had stopped and while setting still a truck from a tollway department was on the sholder heading away from her, had started to backing up on the highway and actually ran over her car and continued till he got across the street. She did not get hurt but to say the least she was not happy. Other than getting the car fixed what should I do?

I am not sure I understand your question. If she was not hurt, and your car will be repaired or replaced, what is left to do?
