if my biological mother includes me in her ill but dies first and my step father excludes from his will does that mean that her estate goes to my half brothers and my grand fathers oil wells go to them leaving me nothing?

It is hard to figure this out without reviewing the wills.

Assuming her will was probated, you would take what she leaves you in her will. If you are excluded from your stepfathers will, you would not take under it.

As to your grandfather's oil well, you need to explain whether he had a will, and when he passed away and how he was related to your mother.
