estate questions
my father in law past away and left my two childrens inhertance to her in her name and told her to make sure and put it in a account for them it is not written in the will but he did tell his lawyer this and the sister has let eveyone know that she has our childrens money now she wont let my husband know anything about where she is putting the money or anything do we have any rights to this money

Without a provision in the will, it would be difficult to enforce the bequest.
