Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Half-Blood Heirship

I was my mother's only child born from another marriage. She had 5 other children with her last husband whom she married. She died 8 years ago and her last husband died 1 week ago. Do I have any legal rights to real estate property owned by my mother jointly with her last husband?

Re: Half-Blood Heirship

You might, if your mother's estate hasn't been entered into probate, since you would be entitled to a portion of your mother's estate.
