independant executor accounting

What is required of the independant executor, What do they have to do to comply with probate court rules? Do they have to give a final accounting? What law applies?

Exactly what is required of an independent executor

varies according to the case, but generally they

are responsible for probating the will and following

the instructions in the will, i.e. taking the property

and distributing it according to the will. An accounting

is generally required. The law involved depends on the

facts of your case.
