legible for pension

My ex-husband of 29 years of marriage just passed away. In my divorce, I received a lumpsome for divorce settlement. He has remarried twice. his current wife has been seperated last 5 years of their 12 year marriage. Do I have any rights to his pension?

You have no rights to his pension unless so stipulated in your divorce decree in a document called a Qualified Domestic Relations Order ("QDRO").
