Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

I live in a home that has been in my family for 40+ yrs. It's paid off. I recently married and both my husbnd and I reside in the home. I have 3 adult children from previous marriage (1 still lives in home with us). Will the house automatically go to my husband when I die? I would like for it to stay in my family. I'm afraid if my husband gets it, his son would be the next in line to get it, and I do not want that under any circumstances.

You need to write a will. Your husband would have occupancy rights after your death. From your description, it is unlikely that he'd have much of a claim to ownership to the property.
