Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
my mom has deceased. i am disinherited from the will. the attorney says i am not entitled to see a copy of the will. is this correct. i mean how do i know what he is telling me is correct?

When he opens an estate, the contents of the court's file are a public record, and you can go to the courthouse and look at the will.
