Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My mother will not take me off of her will as co-executrix with my sister. I don't want the hassle of having to deal with a co-executrix. Is there an affidavit I can execute that will absolve me from this responsibility?

You can always decline to serve as a co-exec.
