parent's home

My father and mother past away. They left no will and their home what can we do to transfer the propety to my two younger brothers.

You could do a muniment of title.

You can file an affidavit of heirship to put title in all your names, and you can file a waiver of interest to put your undivided 1/3 in your brother's names, giving each an undivided 1/2.
