power of attorney

if aperson has a power of attorney for someone in a nursing home can they barrow money are sale real estate of that persons without there permission such as a home equity loan when that person has more than one heir

Probably, unless the power of attorney restricts them from doing it. The number of heirs the person in the nursing home has does not affect the power of attorney.
