Probate issue

If I leave whatever I have to my daughter by transfer on death of my account can she give a sum of money to a charitable organization I specificy in my will.

No. The account passes by contract and is not part of your estate. Your will only deals with your estate.

You can specify a sum to be sent to the charitable organization as a named beneficiary of your account with the balance to your daughter. Just write, "See attached" in the little space they give you to name a beneficiary, and attach a sheet of paper with your instructions as to whom your beneficaries are to be.
