Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Probate of will

It has been almost Three years and the executor will not do anything. He won't talk about doing something with the house. What happens now. He won't even talk to us anymore. The will is setting on the docket. He back out of a settlement twice. He is such a jerk. What do we do now?

I have a great idea. Why not get a lawyer and seeking to remove the executor for not doing anything. You can throw in that part about being a jerk for free. Good Luck
