Right to remove roommate from home after father's death

My father has a friend who moved in with him. She has no assets, money or a job. At this point, my sisters and I are the sole beneficiaries of the entire estate. If he should die and she is still living in the house, can we make her leave immediately?

Re: Right to remove roommate from home after father's death

Unless your father has made some testamentary provisions for her to remain there, the heirs can have her removed as soon as they prove their heirship status through probate.
