yes...but you will have to call DWC to get help. The law forbids attorneys being paid to help workers get medical benefits..good luck

Re: if i need to have sugery again

The law does not forbid attorneys from getting paid to help people obtain the medical benefits they are owed under the Texas Workers' Compensation Act. You did not provide very many facts in your question, so it is hard to give you a specific answer. However, the workers' comp carrier will always be responsible for any medical treatment that is reasonable and necessary and that is related to the compensable injury. So if you have to have surgery for the injury you sustained at work, even if you have returned to work, they will have to cover it if it is medically reasonable and necessary.

The implied question here is whether or not you will recieve any monetary benefits while you are off work having the surgery and rehabbing. I can't answer that based on the information you have provided. The answer is "maybe" and "it depends." If you would like to discuss this further, feel free to give me a call.
