Legal Question in Family Law in Trinidad and Tobago

my husband daughter's mother threatened to kill herself and his daughter because he got married to me and not he,the family court suspended his access to his daughter and sent her for psychiatric evaluation.He just wants the best for his daughter what are the steps he can take.
