Legal Question in Family Law in Trinidad and Tobago

My sons mother will not provide me with documents needed to make an application for myself for a VISA. I do not live in the country- however i am trinidadian but dont return often. I have a notarized copy of my sons birth certificate, but i need a copy of his passport and passport size photos. Will the Trinidadian immigration provide me with the copy of the passport if I provide support I am his father?

If not how can i make her give me the documents when I dont live in the country?

I suggest you contact the immigration department at Frederick Street, Port of Spain. You may wish to consider making a trip to this country to sort out the matter. As I said before you may have to make an appropriate application to a local court.
