What means LEAGL RIGHT TO WORK? I am bulgarian sitizen, spanish resident holder. I just came to UK. Do I have the legal right to work in UK?

If you are a Bulgarian Citizen here in the UK, you will need to apply to the UK Border Agency for an accession worker card, which authorises you to work here in the UK.

Unless you are going to be working in one of the work permit free categories of job, it is likely that your employer will also need to apply for a work permit before you can begin working for them.
