i work for an agency and recently did some work at parcelforce worldwide dates 16th april til 18th inclusive now on the 18th i forgot to sign my time sheet for time work finished but i did sign in, now the agency have rung me today and said i will now not get paid for that day worked as there is no proof off time i finished work i was hoping you could help me in regards this situation many thanks

Immediately acknowledge the fact vide an email to your boss copied to HR in the agency, that you forgot to sign the "out" time in your time-sheet on the 18th due to an oversight, assuring them that you will ensure that the error on your part does not recur again. Also include a request in your note to pay you for the actual hours worked on the 18th and specifically mention the total hours that you worked on the 18th.
