Legal Question in Personal Injury in United Kingdom
can i change my solicitor
being represented by a union solicitor, over a accident at work case,has been going on for over 2 years-clear cut case they have admitted fault,don't get told anything unless i call them then it seems as if we take 1 step forward 3 back over things they have missed or is this there way of draging things out,am i able to change solicitor or is this not wise

Not only are you entitled to change your solicitor, you should certainly do so and do it with out delay before your claim becomes statute barred. you should also report the solicitors to your union and the Law Society. They are clearly incompetent.
