Legal Question in Personal Injury in United Kingdom

Can you tell me how I claim for personal injury. 5 weeks ago I fell over a dislodged pavement slab and broke 3 fingers and a bone in my hand, I went to the hospital and had a plaster cast fitted, 2 weeks later when I went to the fracture clinic they realised that my fingers were not positioned correctly and I had a new cast fitted and had to start the 6 week recovery again so I will of been in plaster for 8 weeks.

it would certainly seem that you will have a sustainable claim for damages in respect of your injuries. The procedure to make a claim should start with a formal letter setting out the breach of the duty of care owed to you and then detailing your injury and the damages claimed. if you need help with this the lawyers at

will assist.
