House ownership after death
My father died recently, the will names me as executor and beneficiary, i have applied to the land registry to have the house / land registerd in my name what else do i have to do to change ownership of the house ?.

Re: House ownership after death
Before you are able to transfer this property to yourself as beneficiary you will have to obtain a grant of probate to your late father's estate. Help to do this is available from our website.
