Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in United States

Mys question is what can I do, as a minor, when my parents forced me to drop out of high school, send me to another country, and refused to get me any kind of eduacation. Plus neglect, abuse and moral abuse before they got rid of me.

Call your local office of the Massachusetts's Department of Health and Human Services, child protection agency and tell them what is going on.....or contact a policeman. I am in Louisiana, and that is what I would tell you to do here. Mr. Wood lists those phone numbers last in his answer.
