youthful offender status/sealed record

If a person has a sealed record youthful offender status for burglary in the 3rd degree and attempted robbery in the second degree, can law enforcement offcials get into the sealed record. This was done 22 years ago and I'm applying for the position of correction officer. Wondering will this youthful offender status disqualify me for the position?

Re: youthful offender status/sealed record

A corrections position would likely ask you to disclose your record even if sealed.
