Legal Question in Disability Law in Utah

Fired for having MRSA (Infectious Disease)

I had MRSA three times in the last four months. I worked at a company called TheraDoc, which is a medical software company that handles infectious Disease. I put my back out a few weeks ago. I called in sick, I was later contacted by HR and told I was terminated for ''work performance'' I had never been called into the HR dept or told before they had issues. After the 2nd time I had a Staph infection, my boss would not even walk into my office. I have filed a notice with EEOC, do you think I should also contact an attorney?

Apply for unemployment. If the employer objects and you are denied, contact and attorney.
