Motion to stay and trial de noval

I need to file the above motions. I have a judge that is trying to over charge me for an accient I had like 6 years ago. I was told by an attorney that this is what I need to file ASAP. Her threat is pay $2500 in 30 days or go to jail for 30 days. The attorney stated that the most they could charge me for this calss misdmenor is $1850. Please let me know wher to find the correct form and information.

There are no forms for these. You may be able to get a court clerk to get you similar documents. However, you must be very capable. If you cannot afford an attorney contact Legal Aid.
