Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Utah

My son is being harassed on Facebook. the comments posted were not sent to him, but were posted on a "friend-of-a-friend's" page where my son can see them. Do I have any legal recourse?

It depends on what you mean by "harass." If the comments were posted on someone else's page and not to his own, there's probably little he can do in terms of any kind of harassment claim. However, depending on what is being said, there's the possibility he could pursue a defamation claim against the individual involved.
