Legal Question
My husband and I brought a bank to small claims court a month ago, and we won our case. How do we go about collecting, if the bank is not willingly going to pay us our win? I live in Utah and the bank headquarters is in Oklahoma. I looked on a page about garnishment, but I did not really understand. Help please!!! Thanks
