Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

I owe money to someone in small claims court. What are my rights? He calls and harrasses me on my work telephone, and has threatened to come to my new place of employment and embarrass me in front of coworkers and guests, telling everyone my personal life about oweing him money. This makes me uncomfortable and anxious about attending work, he has shown up before. What are my rights in this instance? Is there anything I can do?
