Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Utah

My question is I had a online paid loan company have their attorney call me yesterday telling they were taking me to court over a loan that was in my name, but I never had a loan with them its fruad and then he told me that are servering me my court paper over my email can they do that or do they have to serever you in person?

They cannot serve by email. You must be served in person. If you did not take out the loan, you will have to go to court and prove that you did not take out the loan.
