Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
I received a Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor ticket at my friends party. I looked at the ticket and the time on the ticket says 2AM when the police had not even been to the house yet. The police got a warrant and busted down the door at 4:45AM and breathalyzed me at 5AM. I am curious if the wrong time on the ticket can get my ticket dropped?

It does not automatically get dropped. It is just an argument that the police did not know what they were doing. You need to request discovery and see what the police report states.
