Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
In ther summer of 2006, I was drivng home to washington state, through utah,, when I got in a slight fender bender, the driver gave the officers right to search the car, and found a marajuana pipe, with one single piece of marajuana, I was charged with possession and paraphelina, but financally am unable to return to Utah. They suspended my licence....I was wondering if the statute of limitations makes it able for me to get my driver's licence reinstated here in washington.
