Drug Court/ DUI Court

Can a court make you live in their county if you are on drug or dui court or can you live within a certain driving distance from the court or county?

Courts can make their own restrictions. Drug/DUI Courts are a privilege and not a right. Some Courts allow you to live outside the county, but most of them have the requirement that you live within the county.
