Can she do this?

In an Annulment a judge in St. George, Ut aworded my ex $15,000 to be paid in 60 days. In my anwcer to him I said I need more time to pay that amount, can I go to jail if I am not able to pay by then? and can a Utah judge inforce this if I am a california resent? At the same the judge order that I am intitled to my belongings, but she will not give them to me till I give her $15,000

Can she do this?

You can appeal the ruling of the court within 30 days of the date the judge signs the order.

If you do not appeal, the order becomes final. If you do not pay as required, then the court can hold you in contempt, and may impose sanctions, including jail. Jail is rarely ordered, but may be if circumstances warrant it. The judgment can be docketed in California and enforced there. Your wife can hold on to your belongings until you pay, unless you get an order for her to release them.
