Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My ex has custody of our 2 girls and I have visitation. Over last 2 years my ex married my father(their grandfather) and is made/taught that he is their father, not grandfather. They recently had invitro done and shes pregnant with 4 more, now my children and I will have the same brothers and sisters. My ex has another daughter, 8 yrs old, that has mental problems and has always been violent towards my children. My children are 5 and 6 and I'm so worried for them. I have no money, what are my options please? They are also told every visit to have fun because their mom might not let them see me again and several times has not shown up for their visit when I drive 1 and a half hrs to pick them up. She says she is bedridden due to pregnancy and my children say she tells them to make their own lunch, and my dad makes their lunch and leaves it in a box for them while he is at work. I need to save my children from the life they are being given, but I don't know what to do without money. Please help.

Unfortunately there is no way to go to court, request a custodial evaluation and fight the children's mother in court without money. If you want to save your children you will have to raise the money necessary. A custodial evaluation will cost $2500-5000. An attorney will cost about the same. Work more, work harder, save your money.
