Can I leaves state when no custody has been awarded?

Without having more information, it's hard for me to answer that question. Are you married to the other parent? Are you the mother or the father? The question is, should you leave the state with your child? Do you believe it's in your child's best interests to be separated from his/ her other parent? Keep in mind that children are not pieces of property and that they have a right to have a relationship with both of their parents.
