over night visitation

my friend is having a baby with a syco. He wants to be the dad and he wants to participate in rasing the child, but she says that he can not have any over night visitations with the child we live in utah can she keep him from over night visitations

Re: over night visitation

If the birth father is not listed on the birth certificate, and there are no court orders, the father has no visitation rights.
