Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah

I was involved in a car accident in Dec. I was driving my own car but I was on my way to do some work for the company I work for. Do I have any rights to ask for help from the company, such as paying for medical bills, replacement of my car etc?

Since you were on company business the company should be responsible for your injuries and repair of your car - however if you were responsible for the collision they will resist. Push them to respond anyway.

You may call for a free consultation.
