Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Utah

I rent a room in a house that has about 8 of us living here. The land lord does not. I am a few months behind in rent and the landlord has been harrassing me and is now threating to take all my belongings out side in the street and lock me out. I have not recieved any eviction notice of any kind. He said he has the right to physicaly remove me amd my things when ever he wants. is this true? He had also backed into my car smashing my lights and used the fact that I owe him rent so I cant persue his insurance to fox my car or he would kick me out and this was a few weeks ago. He comes in everyday and harrasses me for hours and then goes to each person in the house and tells them all my personal problems. It has gotten way out of hand. What can i do and can he lock me out and remove my belongings? I have a place lined up to move into in 2 weeks so all i need is 2 weeks and ill be happy to go. What are my rights?

You can and should file the insurance claim. You have no right to live there without paying your rent. You should either make arrangements to pay your rent or move out.
