Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Utah

sexual harassment

about a year ago i was sexually harassed by the owner of my company. he made me feel as though if i turned him down i would lose my job. I was also harassed at work by his wife. I have police reports. The other owners decided that he would no longer be involved with the company, so i figured it would be okay to continue to work there. I was promoted to General Manager and tripled their sales. They also signed a document stating I am 10% owner in the company. Last Friday I received a phone call stating My position has been eliminated. I've since found out the owner that sexually harassed me is back and involved with the company the day after I left. What can be done?

Re: sexual harassment

You should still be a 10% owner, and entitled to 10% of the profits. You may be able to sue for retaliatory firing and possible sue for the original harassment. You may call for a free consultation.
