Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Utah

Me and my three brothers are in a trust my father set up.I am second in line to be the trust administrator after my youngest brother should something happen to him.My brothers and i have been trying to actually find out what moneys,bonds and properties and who gets what on my mothers death,but my young brother say he doesnt have to tell us anything is that true and also when my father died we all got a$10,000 gift can we ask for enother smaller gift and recieve that or is that completely up to the grantor do we have any legal rights in either manner without hiring lawyers ?Or is that the solution for everything [We dont have that kind of money thats why we would like a gift.PS WHERE IS THE FREE QUESTION?

Your brother is the "Substitute Trustee" and is required to provide a complete accounting of your father's estate at least once a year. You are entitled to a copy of the trust agreement, and all relevant information including: 1. Trust assets. 2. Trust Expenses and 3. Trust Income. He should have also filed a final income tax return for your father and ongoing income tax returns for the trust.

If your brother fails to cooperate the you and your other brothers can file a petition for accounting and get a court order requiring production of the accounting, and possibly also petition to have the younger brother removed.
